How long does a demo take?

Most demos run about 30 minutes. Rather than a fixed slide deck, we walk through the parts of VenueArc that match the way your facility actually operates — so a church juggling recurring ministry bookings sees something quite different from a park district handling public rental requests.

A typical session covers three things:

• How bookings, approvals, and recurring events are handled day to day
• Where your current process is losing time — double bookings, email threads, spreadsheet handoffs
• What setup would look like for your specific spaces and teams

We always leave time at the end for questions. If you need to bring in a colleague who wasn't on the original call, we're happy to run a second walkthrough for them.

Do I need to prepare anything before the demo?
